How long does shipping take for my order?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?

Most of our products are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking the base of your specific bottle or tumbler for the 'Dishwasher Safe' icon or referring to the care instructions included with your purchase.

What does the Stanley Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Built for Life™ warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.

Can I track my package once it has shipped?

Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
